📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead and mentor a team of beauty advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
• Implement and execute store strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports on store performance and sales metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Proven track record in driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with beauty and lifestyle products.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
