📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn,Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience,Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns,Analyze and report on the performance of our social media efforts using relevant tools and metrics,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in the development and implementation of our social media strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Proven track record of creating and managing engaging social media content,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar,Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus
