📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper financial reporting and documentation.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics to support business decision-making.,Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
