📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Prepare and present food in an appealing manner.,Work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
