📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the clinic's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.,Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.,Backup and restore data regularly to prevent loss and ensure business continuity.,Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues and outages.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Maintain and update documentation related to IT systems and processes.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic's IT environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus.,Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices and principles.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
