Pro Base Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Engineer in the planning, execution, and completion of various engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Monitor project progress and report to the Project Engineer.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct site inspections and provide feedback on project status.,Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.,Support the Project Engineer in resolving technical issues and challenges.,Assist in the recruitment and training of junior engineers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
