📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.
• Assist in the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
• Ensure the restaurant is well-presented and clean at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.
• Proven ability to manage and train staff effectively.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
