Your mission is to attract, recruit, and onboard the best talent, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for both the centers and the candidates. You'll leverage your expertise in early childhood education and your exceptional recruitment skills to build strong, lasting relationships.

In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the recruitment process from start to finish. You'll also collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring we stay ahead in the competitive early childhood education market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various early childhood education and care center roles, including teachers, assistants, and support staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our network of early childhood education centers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a seamless and enriching experience for both the centers and the candidates.
• Collaborate with our team to create and maintain a strong employer brand, ensuring our centers are seen as the preferred choice for early childhood education professionals.
• Leverage your knowledge of early childhood education and your exceptional recruitment skills to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to onboarding and orientation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in early childhood education recruitment.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the team on recruitment activities, candidate feedback, and overall recruitment metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding early childhood education professionals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
