The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for efficiency and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and compliant with all regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and certified.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to optimize costs and vehicle lifespan.,Handle vehicle repairs and servicing, either in-house or through trusted external vendors.,Track vehicle usage and ensure it aligns with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles when necessary, including negotiations with vendors.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
