Nest Fresh Berjaya is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our delivery fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. This role is crucial in maintaining our company's reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the delivery fleet, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.,Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Oversee fuel management and cost control for the fleet.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Monitor and report on fleet performance and suggest improvements.,Handle customer complaints and resolve delivery issues promptly.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and meet safety standards.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or logistics.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and GPS tracking systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes in Yogyakarta.
