📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle employee grievances and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Conduct conflict resolution and mediation between employees and management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Coordinate with other HR departments to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in employee relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
