📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their career goals.,Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed successfully.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the company's goals and objectives are met.,Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Captain or similar leadership role in a team management environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,A degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
