📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn,Create and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts,Monitor and respond to comments and messages from our audience,Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in the creation of social media advertising campaigns,Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new social media strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related field,Proven experience in creating and scheduling social media content,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social,Knowledge of graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
