📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.,Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints efficiently and effectively.,Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.,Monitor and maintain security protocols at the front desk.,Lead and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and training as needed.,Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for the front desk operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and front desk management systems.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage a high volume of inquiries.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
