DRIFT Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Bantul. As a Lead Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.,Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
