📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company,Lead a team of accountants and provide guidance and support,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Monitor and manage the company's budget and financial planning processes,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations,Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 5 years in a senior or leadership role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
