📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cashier operations including opening and closing shifts, handling cash and non-cash transactions, and ensuring accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their transactions and resolving any issues promptly.,Train and supervise junior staff to ensure high standards of service and accuracy in cash handling.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including the cash drawer and transaction records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial records.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a customer-centric attitude.
