PT Raya Maritim is seeking a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting our operations team with inventory-related tasks. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and a competitive salary.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.,Process purchase orders and manage supplier communications.,Coordinate with the operations team to ensure inventory levels meet production demands.,Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends.,Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstocking.,Assist in the development and implementation of inventory policies and procedures.,Provide support to the team during peak periods or special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
