📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive guest experience.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Experience with budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
