Tugu Hotel is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies to enhance our hotel's presence and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury hospitality and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.,Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support.,Leverage digital marketing channels to attract and engage potential guests.,Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Organize and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and advertising.,Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners.,Analyze sales and marketing performance data to make informed decisions and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience working in Bali or the hospitality industry is a plus.
