Oversee and manage the coating processes to ensure optimal performance and longevity of offshore structures,Develop and implement coating specifications and standards in accordance with industry regulations and best practices,Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with coating standards,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and ensure project success,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in coating technology,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in coating engineering, with a focus on offshore applications,In-depth knowledge of coating materials, application methods, and inspection techniques,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as NACE, ISO, and API,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken🛠️ Keahlian
