📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.,Manage the payroll and benefits administration for the company.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee relations.,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide strategic advice to senior management on financial and HR matters.,Lead and mentor a team of finance and HR professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance and HR role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.,Proven experience in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
