📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service.,Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and billing.,Manage front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Assist with guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and files.,Monitor and manage front desk inventory, including keys, cards, and other supplies.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid ID and work permit for Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat.
