Glow Prime Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Instructor to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As a Senior Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and mentoring our team of instructors. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure they meet our high standards.,Evaluate and assess the performance of instructors and trainees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.,Collaborate with the management team to improve training programs.,Ensure all training sessions are conducted in a safe and professional manner.,Provide feedback and support to trainees to help them achieve their goals.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the training department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer.,Strong knowledge of the industry and the ability to teach complex concepts.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.,Experience in a similar role in a reputable company is a plus.
