📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and components to meet production schedules.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize costs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on purchasing activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve purchasing issues and challenges.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using purchasing software and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
