📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the quality and efficiency of technical documentation.
  • Provide technical writing training and support to other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's technical writing style guide.
  • Assist in the development of marketing and sales materials.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.
