📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the implementation of social programs and projects.,Provide support to clients in need, including but not limited to, children, the elderly, and people with disabilities.,Conduct home visits and assessments to understand the needs of clients.,Coordinate with community partners and stakeholders to ensure the success of our programs.,Maintain accurate records of client interactions and program activities.,Promote the organization's mission and values within the community.,Participate in training and professional development activities.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a social work or community development role.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with community development and social service programs.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an added advantage.,Valid ID card and work permit (if applicable).,Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
