📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including opening and closing procedures,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register,Manage inventory and restock products as needed,Assist in maintaining a clean and safe store environment,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability,Assist in any other tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role,Strong communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems,Ability to lift and move heavy objects,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Ability to work well in a team environment
