📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the placement process from start to finish, ensuring all activities are completed on time and to the required standards.,Manage and mentor a team of placement officers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve placement efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor and evaluate placement performance, providing regular feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of placement activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all placement activities and performance metrics.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the placement or human resources industry.,Strong knowledge of placement processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant placement software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the Riau and Sumatra regions, including local labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
