📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum.,Assess and evaluate student progress to identify areas for improvement.,Provide constructive feedback to students to help them grow and succeed.,Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices.,Participate in school events and activities to support the overall development of the students.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.,Attend and participate in professional development workshops and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant field.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Valid teaching certification or license, if required.,Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
