📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators and instructors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel to various locations as required.
