📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient logistics processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain and warehouse operations.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to support business growth.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Proven experience in supply chain management and inventory control.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
