Lead Social Worker - Community Development & Beneficiary Support

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community development programs, including program planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work closely with our team of social workers to ensure that our programs are delivering the intended outcomes and making a tangible impact in the communities we serve.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical and operational leadership for community development programs.
• Manage and mentor a team of social workers, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality services.
• Develop and implement community-based programs that address the social, economic, and environmental needs of the communities we serve.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our community development programs, including program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Ensure that our beneficiary support initiatives are effective and sustainable, and that they are aligned with the organization's mission and values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and local businesses.
• Monitor and report on program outcomes and impact, using data and evaluation tools to demonstrate the value of our work.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in community development and beneficiary support, and incorporate these into our programs and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in community development and beneficiary support.
• Strong understanding of community development principles and practices, with a proven track record of success in this area.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of social workers.
• Proficient in using social work software and tools, such as CASA, Compass, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform program decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling way.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
• Valid certification as a Social Worker in Indonesia is required.
