As an Online Sourcing & Procurement Executive, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our supply chain and ensuring seamless operations for our projects in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing online procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that we source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. You will work closely with our project teams to understand their needs and deliver the best possible solutions. With a strategic mindset and a passion for procurement, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage online procurement processes using SAP Ariba, Procurement Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for materials and services.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliable and high-quality deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored procurement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in online procurement and supply chain management.
- Proven experience in managing procurement processes using SAP Ariba, Procurement Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
