📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to secure high-quality materials and equipment for construction projects.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations and contract renewals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Monitor procurement spend and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement processes.
• Leverage procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or similar tools to streamline processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on construction or building materials.
• Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools.
• Certification in procurement management (e.g., CPIM, CPSM) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
