HR Shared Services Manager

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end HR shared services, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs and provide strategic solutions.
• Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR shared services.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR shared services.
• Lead and participate in HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR shared services, with a proven track record in managing HR processes.
• Certification in HR shared services or related HR certifications is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
